Over the barbed wires is a programme that aims to promote and support communication and dialogue amongst young people through exchanges, seminars and training courses. It aims to bring together young people from different areas and backgrounds to give them a chance to discover interculturality.

The programme also tries to facilitate the participation of Romanian young people to different seminars, meetings, etc. abroad.

Baraka has, as well, a very good team of facilitators and trainers and can support other organisations in developing and running such events.
